We had a hot, miserable day of fishing. We launched from the Wigwam School Access and fished from 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The temperature was in the upper 90’s and one of the hottest days of the year with very high humidity. Our fishing results reflected the type of day it was. Out of 12 anglers, only 5 had fish to weigh.

Scott Gower came in first place with 5 fish weighing 6.6 lbs.

John Stewart came in second place with 2 fish that weighed 4.26 lbs. John also had the Big Bass that weighed 3.35 lbs.

Chuck Sharp was third with one fish weighing 3.3 lbs.

I congratulate everyone who partipated simply for enduring the extreme heat and heavy weekend boat traffic on Lake of the Ozarks.
